Workforce Change Manager

Overview

In this role you design and lead targeted people change initiatives and global workforce planning within the People function. You drive transformation with structured methods, deliver on time and within scope, and provide expert guidance in ambiguous situations. You collaborate across functions to align changes with Hiscox strategy and governance, mentoring colleagues and ensuring value-driven outcomes. This role offers high autonomy and a chance to shape scalable, cross-border people change programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of people change initiatives using project and programme management practices
• Drive global workforce planning and translate business strategy into actionable change plans
• Provide tactical expert recommendations on change approaches, risk mitigation and issue resolution
• Drive continuous improvement of people change processes and governance
• Lead moderately complex workstreams or small projects with specialist contribution
• Host design authority forums and ensure alignment with organizational logic and standards
• Contribute to development and mentoring of less experienced colleagues
• Deliver high-quality outputs with day-to-day autonomy
• Ensure changes align with broader objectives and deliver tangible value
• Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to align global strategy
