You will advise on acquisitions, disposals, restructures, MBOs, shareholder agreements and joint ventures, while building strong client relationships and contributing to business development. Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals, restructures, management buyouts, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures
• Support and lead on transactions depending on experience
• Provide commercially focused advice to a wide range of clients
• Build strong internal and external relationships
• Contribute to business development and networking activities
• Work collaboratively across departments and office locations
• Maintain strong organisation, high standards and excellent client service

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience across a broad range of corporate matters
• Proactive, organised and adaptable
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport
