UK – Senior Search Account Executive

Overview

In this role you will own and optimise paid media activity for a portfolio of client accounts, primarily in Paid Search across Google and Microsoft Ads, with opportunities to broaden to Paid Social. You will influence strategy, test ideas, and drive growth for clients and the business while collaborating with cross-functional specialists. The role combines hands-on campaign management with client-facing insights to support long-term objectives. Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Paid Search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• Support and potentially manage Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Own a portfolio of client accounts with guidance from senior team members
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, test ideas, and grow accounts
• Monitor performance trends, analyse results, and solve performance challenges
• Collaborate with clients to support long-term growth objectives and provide insights
• Support new business pitches and onboarding of new clients
