Payments Operations – Market Expansion Operational Readiness – Senior Associate

Overview

In this role, you will support end-to-end operational readiness for an assigned EMEA market within MEOR. You’ll own defined milestones and artefacts, coordinating across functions to align with the market expansion plan. You will develop and maintain readiness artefacts and foster knowledge reuse via AI-enabled tools. You’ll work with Product, Technology, and local teams to drive timely delivery and governance while contributing to the MEOR Playbook’s industrialization for scalable, cross-border expansions.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operational readiness delivery for an assigned EMEA market
• Own MEOR milestones and artefacts from planning through completion
• Coordinate federated milestones across functions, identifying gaps and dependencies
• Gather and document business, operational, regulatory and control requirements
• Create process maps, target operating models, requirements and readiness assessments
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, COEs and local branch teams
• Maintain milestone/action/risk/issue/decision tracking
• Present delivery status and recommendations in governance forums
• Convert lessons learned into reusable standards and AI-enabled playbook content

Key requirements

• Experience in business analysis, operations, change delivery or operational readiness
• Ability to own defined deliverables and drive them through to completion
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of cross-functional dependencies
• Experience creating process, requirements, operating-model or implementation artefacts
• Structured planning, problem-solving and information-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting on calls
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
