LAB Ringfence Performance Partner Director

Overview

In this senior role, you partner with LAB PA leadership to optimise staffing, billability and pipeline health, driving commercial performance across London, Amsterdam and Brussels. You’ll build forward-looking demand views with PA Nodes, oversee end-to-end staffing and capacity planning, and lead the LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team to embed commercially focused performance practices. You influence career development and strategic talent decisions while partnering with People teams to enhance delivery and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven staffing insights to PA leadership and challenge commercial levers like billability and utilisation
• Develop forward-looking case demand views with PA Nodes and Finance to prioritise actions for commercial impact
• Own end-to-end staffing for PPPL populations, optimise deployment and reduce leakage
• Manage capacity risk and balance short-term deployment with long-term pipeline health
• Review holiday/FlexMonths/LOA requests and coordinate with CD and HR on exceptional staffing
• Lead talent risk management and wellbeing signals, including reintegration planning for LOA scenarios
• Lead capacity planning and pyramid structuring with People Analytics for hiring/mobility strategies
• Approve PA affiliations and ensure onboarding/offboarding of consultants with Nodes
• Build relationships with PPPLs to integrate career development with commercial outcomes
• Set the LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team strategy and drive performance coaching and development across PAs
• Drive process improvements, scalability and automation/AI in People processes
• Act as a senior escalation point for staffing and performance challenges across PPPLs
• Partner with global and regional teams to strengthen end-to-end delivery

Key requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Stakeholder management experience at MDP level
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; numerate
• Excellent English (verbal and written)
