Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of privately funded family law matters (divorce, financial settlements, children matters, domestic issues)
• Provide clear, sensitive legal guidance to clients
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Negotiate settlements and support clients through emotional matters
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service standards
• Contribute to development and growth of the practice

Key requirements

• 3–5 years PQE in family law
• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
• Experience handling privately funded family matters
• Confident in independent caseload management
• Strong client care skills for sensitive situations
