Technical Manager (Working at Height Safety)

Overview

As Technical Manager, you will act as the technical authority in fall protection and façade access, shaping standards and delivery. You’ll collaborate with Design, Installation, Compliance and Sales to steer technical strategy across the UK’s regulated market. Your leadership will grow technical capability through training and mentoring while reviewing designs for compliance. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to influence safety outcomes and progress into a key technical leader. You will work on critical safety systems and elevate engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead technical authority within the business
• Develop technical capability through training, mentoring and product development
• Review designs and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation

Key requirements

• Strong technical understanding of legislation and standards relating to work at height, fall protection or façade access
• CAD experience
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to undertake overnight stays
