Overview

In this role you will manage client accounting relationships to support A&S financial targets and cash flow. You will engage with Accounting Teams and stakeholders across BUs and WTW offices to resolve queries and escalate issues when needed. You will oversee bad debt management and drive cash collection improvements while enhancing client service. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and proactive issue resolution to protect financial performance. This role offers hands-on influence across key clients and intercompany teams with a strong emphasis on people leadership and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, BUs, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration
  • Maintain high visibility to proactively identify and resolve queries and ensure efficient issue handling
  • Lead regular BU meetings (in-person or via Teams) to drive collaboration and outcomes
  • Monitor urgent matters, escalate appropriately to Senior Manager and BU for swift resolution
  • Drive bad debt management (B&DD) and reduce outstanding balances
  • Improve cash collection performance and KPI metrics through targeted actions
  • Proactively manage designated key clients with Account Controller to address issues timely
  • Serve as primary A&S contact for critical client issues needing BU involvement and coordinate next steps with Account Controller
  • Provide guidance to Mumbai teams on escalated issues and arrange training with Team Leader at Tech Leader level

  • Superior and clear communication (verbal, written, in-person)

  • Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders including domestic and international clients and internal colleagues
  • Strong influencing skills with ownership mindset to drive resolution
  • Understanding of escalation procedures and effective business communication
  • Ability to plan and manage workload with priority setting
  • Good working knowledge of internal and external processes
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Experience in query and issue resolution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
