Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of specialist construction projects, focusing on highly engineered reinforced concrete structures for MRI and X-ray facilities. You will own day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme performance to achieve high-quality, safe outcomes. The position offers multi-site exposure with projects lasting around 45 weeks and opportunities to work away. You’ll join a niche contractor known for precision and professional delivery, contributing to complex healthcare-related builds.

Pay / Benefits

• salary 50,000–60,000
• 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities

• lead on-site delivery and safety management from start to finish
• coordinate subcontractors and manage interfaces between trades
• maintain and drive project programme performance
• ensure quality standards are achieved throughout the build
• work on reinforced concrete, piling, formwork, and bunker facilities
• support site logistics and site-based problem solving
• ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• contribute to project planning and progress reporting

Key requirements

• site management experience on construction projects
• experience with reinforced concrete, piling, formwork or groundworks
