Overview
In this role, you will support Disney Destinations International to grow the consumer direct proposition across EMEA for WDW, DLP and DCL. You will assist the Digital Marketing Manager with planning, development, execution and evaluation of marketing initiatives to drive attendance, room nights and revenue. Based in London, you will collaborate with global and in-market teams to optimize digital experiences and campaigns. You will help shape content, CRO/UX, and multilingual digital touchpoints to deliver a seamless guest journey and measurable impact.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage new website content for WDWDLPDCL across EMEA domains using the CMS
- Support GEO/SEO strategy development and ongoing optimization of EMEA websites
- Collaborate with Development and Digital Production Teams to optimise user experience and journey
- Coordinate content updates with US and Paris teams for disneyworld.com, disneylandparis.com and disneycruise.com
- Oversee translation processes for marketing content with relevant teams and external agencies
- Assist in developing and executing the CRM plan
- Support PPC campaign setup with in-language copy aligned to priorities
- Coordinate with Strategy, Sales & Marketing in-market teams to reflect priorities across consumer touchpoints
- Ensure compliance of Terms & Conditions with Legal/Product teams and manage budget tracking
- Support affiliate channel activity across key EMEA markets
- Prepare performance reports and create presentations for stakeholders
- Develop and update pre- and post-booking guest touchpoints, collateral and IVR messaging
- Maintain and share knowledge with wider TWDC functions to improve processes and best practices
Key requirements
- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in a related field; Marketing qualification beneficial
- Digital marketing experience in a major multinational environment (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to implement marketing plans tactically
- Knowledge of GEO, SEO, PPC, affiliate and social media marketing
- Experience writing engaging copy (essential)
- Experience in a large matrix organisation (beneficial)
- Marketing experience across multiple EMEA markets (advantageous)
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical, results-oriented mindset
- Creative writing ability and presentation skills (virtual and in-person)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across internal/external partners
- Strong written and spoken English; other European languages desirable
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools
