Workday Senior Finance Lead with R2R/P2P/C2C or Accounting Centre – Workday Financials, Technology & Transformation

In this role, you will lead delivery and solution architecture for Workday Finance across R2R, P2P and related areas within Deloitte’sFinance Practice. You’ll engage in advisory and delivery projects, translating business needs into pragmatic Workday designs while guiding end-to-end transformation work. You will work with senior leaders to shape architecture and processes, supporting inclusive, collaborative teams. Responsibilities

• Own delivery and solution architecture for R2R/P2P/C2C/Workday Accounting Centre
• Engage in advisory and delivery projects across transformation strategies and full Workday lifecycle
• Map business requirements to Workday configurations across GL, Supplier/Customer Accounts, Banking, Expenses
• Develop end-to-end solution architecture and processes supported by Workday technology
• Lead executive workshops, challenge requirements, and translate objectives into practical Workday designs

Key requirements

• Experience in ERP, EPM and cloud computing
• Finance transformation experience with Workday
• At least one active Workday Finance Certification (R2R, P2P, or Accounting Centre)
• Experience designing/implementing ERP systems
• Four or more end-to-end Workday implementations
• Ability to translate business requirements into system designs and data migration knowledge
• Strong stakeholder management and communications
• Problem solving and analytical skills
