Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and review models and drawings to reflect design intent
• Create 2D/3D presentations, sketches, and construction documents
• Lead specific design tasks and project team efforts
• Coordinate with clients and consultants; present ideas clearly
• Develop project scope, plans, and services during contract processes
• Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects
• Ensure compliance with design standards, accuracy, and quality
• Prepare presentations, reports, and design documentation within deadlines

Key requirements

• Qualified Architect
• Understanding of UK Building Regulations and relevant technical guidance
• Experience in construction/architectural industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a design team
• Experience delivering Tender and Construction Stage works packages
• Experience across industry sectors with demonstrable results
