Overview

As Product Manager for Visa Direct’s Currencycloud, you will own end-to-end product outcomes that enable global money movement for businesses and consumers. You’ll drive strategy, discovery and delivery with cross-functional partners, shaping roadmaps that align with client needs and business goals. You’ll measure impact, iterate based on data, and help scale a cross-border payments platform. This role offers high autonomy to influence beyond your team in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Craft tribe-level strategy and align it with company goals
  • Define and maintain a clear backlog and roadmap
  • Lead client discovery to identify real problems and opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ship features
  • Collaborate with GTM and Product Marketing on launches and adoption
  • Measure product performance and iterate based on data and insights
  • Provide clear context for prioritisation and trade-offs
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and requirements

Key requirements

  • 3–4 years in Product Owner/Product Manager in software-first fintech or tech startup
  • Experience owning a product area from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Proven ability to ship products and demonstrate impact on customer and business metrics
  • Strong prioritisation skills and backlog management
  • Comfort with agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) across 1–2 teams
  • Experience crafting a product vision from discovery and market research
  • Domain knowledge in fintech/payments/FX/transaction banking or trading
  • Experience shipping features, measuring impact, and applying learnings to future plans
