Senior Product Designer, Verification

Overview

In this Senior Product Designer role, you will shape the onboarding verification experiences for business customers worldwide, balancing usability with regulatory standards. You’ll partner across squads to deliver cohesive journeys and champion customer-centered design at scale. Your work will span from initial concepts to end-to-end delivery, influencing product strategy and design quality. This is an opportunity to impact how Wise enables businesses to move money across borders with simplicity and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape team design for onboarding verification experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create a seamless customer journey
• Align with regional, tooling, operations, and compliance teams for coherence across journeys
• Work with product design, product management, and engineering to plan and deliver work
• Influence teams to improve customer-centeredness, creativity, and content quality
• Champion Wise brand in implementation
• Collaborate with designers from other squads to unify experiences
• Deliver end-to-end projects and define what great experiences look like

Key requirements

• Accomplished Senior Product Designer with experience shipping consumer products
• Experience in a regulated environment
