Overview
In this role you drive the ongoing development of Cortellis Clinical Trials Intelligence within the Competitive Intelligence team, serving as the clinical expert to align product output with drug development needs. You will support launches, drive market adoption, and ensure alignment with company goals to maximize impact. You work closely with editorial, commercial, marketing, sales, and technology stakeholders to shape solution strategy for the pharmaceutical audience. This is a customer-focused, cross-functional role with a clear impact on product value and market growth.

Responsibilities
- Own complex product initiatives from concept to launch, shaping the vision and roadmap for Clinical Trial Intelligence
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and pricing to accelerate ARR and growth
- Act as the voice of the customer to identify unmet needs and translate clinical challenges into high-ROI product innovations
- Lead cross-functional alignment among engineering, UX, SMEs, and commercial teams around prioritization and goals
- Elevate the product practice by ensuring excellent user experience and clearly communicating the rationale behind product decisions
Key requirements
- Experience in drug discovery and clinical R&D with understanding of end-to-end clinical trial processes
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience
- Experience in global, matrix, and virtual environments with cross-cultural clients or teams
- Experience using AI-driven tools to support productivity and product development
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear written deliverables and present to stakeholders
- Bachelor in Science or commensurate industry experience
