Overview

In this Strategic Account Manager role, you will drive measurable growth with key customers across the EMEA region, acting as the quarterback for product, commercial strategy, and project execution. You will build executive relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to expand product adoption and deepen our foothold in the Transaction Moment. This high-visibility role rewards ambiguity-taming leadership, AI-enabled decision making, and fast, precise execution. You will partner with senior stakeholders to align on strategy and sustain long-term value for customers and Rokt.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day strategic account activities across your book of business, driving growth and partner health
  • Coordinate product, commercial, operational, and technical workstreams with internal and external stakeholders for fast, precise execution
  • Lead account planning and execution using Mutual Action Plans, Joint Business Plans, QBRs, and executive engagement
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships and navigate high-stakes conversations with credibility and commercial rigor
  • Leverage data, analysis, and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities, improve program management, and optimize account outcomes

Key requirements

  • 4+ years in client success, strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or related customer-facing roles in tech, ecommerce, media, or adjacent fields
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen with ability to lead product conversations and translate complexity into client recommendations
  • Excellent organizational and program management skills with experience running multiple workstreams
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners
  • Bonus: fluency in German and/or French
