Overview

In this role, you will join a Legal 500–recognized conveyancing team to handle a varied caseload of medium to high-net-worth residential transactions. You’ll work closely with solicitors, legal executives, paralegals, and assistants to manage sales, purchases, remortgages, and related matters. The position emphasizes proactive, commercially minded handling of complex property files with minimal supervision. Responsibilities

• Manage a quality, varied caseload of medium to high-net-worth residential transactions
• Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Process remortgages, lease extensions, and shared ownership transactions
• Oversee Right to Buy matters and transfers of equity
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality client service
