Overview

In this Director role, you will lead the London office of a prestigious building services and sustainability consultancy. You’ll strengthen the brand, raise output quality, and introduce new techniques while mentoring Senior and Associate engineers. You’ll manage key client relationships to secure repeat work and guide resource planning and QA across projects. Key requirements

• 8+ years of experience in MEP Design
• Passion for sustainable building services design
• Experience delivering high-accreditation UK buildings
• Experience in business development or interest in it
• Client-facing experience
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Chartered or currently pursuing Chartership
• Professional membership with CIBSE or IET or similar
