Production Supervisor

Overview

As Production Supervisor at Gousto, you lead a night-shift team of Section and Team Leaders to deliver on-time Gousto boxes. You’ll partner with the production manager to coach and develop staff, uphold safety and food-safety standards, and drive efficient operations. You’ll use data to improve performance and stock flow, shaping a fast-paced, data-driven culture.
