In this role you will coordinate technical aspects for a high-rise RC frame project in Stratford, working within a London technical/design team. You’ll ensure coordination between design and construction on an 18-storey, mixed-use development for a well-established residential contractor. The position offers a clear path to impact on complex high-rise delivery and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical aspects for RC frame developments on high-rise projects
• Support integration of design and construction to meet project milestones
• Collaborate with internal design team and external stakeholders to resolve coordination issues
• Contribute to efficient delivery on an 18-storey mixed-use development
• Maintain strong project documentation and reporting
• Assist on ensuring compliance with design and construction standards

Key requirements

• minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Coordinator
• Ideally qualified to degree level or equivalent
• Strong employment history
• Good mixed-use experience
• RC frame experience on developments around 15 storeys+
• Developer/contractor background essential
