Responsibilities
- Manage a varied Family Law caseload and identify opportunities to develop a niche
- Own complex matters with a high degree of autonomy
- Provide clear, empathetic, commercially aware advice to clients
- Support and mentor junior solicitors and trainees
- Contribute to business development, networking and profile-raising
- Support the growth and development of the Scottish practice
Key requirements
- Scots-qualified Family Lawyer with 4+ PQE
- Confident in managing own caseload independently
- Ability to advise clients through sensitive and complex circumstances
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Commercially minded with understanding of client development
