Overview
In this role you will help shape a new residential development specialty within a trusted Brighton law firm. You’ll handle residential- and commercial-development matters and collaborate closely with partners on active projects. The position offers real responsibility and a clear path to growth within a long-standing firm. You will contribute to high‑quality development work that adds real value for clients and the team.
Responsibilities
- Handle residential development and commercial development matters
- Gain exposure to promotion agreements, option agreements and s106 agreements
- Work closely with experienced partners on active development projects
- Contribute to building and growing the residential development practice
Key requirements
- Residential Development or Commercial Property Solicitor with 1+ year PQE
- Or a strong paralegal with solid development experience
- Comfortable with development-style work and keen to specialise
- Commercially aware and motivated to build expertise
