Overview

In Deloitte’s TTC team, you help tax departments transform their strategy and operations for global and UK considerations. You work with multidisciplinary experts to deliver tailored tax transformation solutions that improve governance, controls, and efficiency. You’ll shape operating models, lead change programs, and develop client relationships across industries. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, cross-border projects, and opportunities to grow your tax technology and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement client transformation programs covering people, process, and technology
• Liaise with client stakeholders and Deloitte SMEs to deliver bespoke solutions
• Advise on compliance with UK and global tax governance and transparency regimes
• Bridge transformation and tax professionals using technical expertise
• Manage and develop diverse teams and promote inclusive culture
• Develop close relationships with clients and potential targets to broaden TTC scope
• Participate in go-to-market activities, including targeting clients and responding to RFPs

Key requirements

• Background in tax compliance and/or advisory with interest in tax processes, controls and technology
• Experience running large-scale global change and delivery programs
• Focus on operating model design and tax operations consulting
• Ability to manage multiple work streams
• Ability to build client relationships and introduce new tax areas
• Desire to develop leadership and take on varied work
