Responsibilities

• Advise on personal and corporate insolvency matters, including contentious and non-contentious issues
• Work on litigation, corporate restructuring and advisory assignments
• Serve a diverse client base including insolvency practitioners, individuals, stakeholders, SMEs, national and international organisations
• Contribute to the growth of the insolvency and corporate recovery team
• Collaborate within a team of skilled lawyers to deliver results for clients

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ PQE
