Senior Knowledge Lawyer – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will shape the firm’s knowledge strategy and drive its global rollout. You will create and maintain precedents, templates, and practical tools, and lead training, webinars and client content. You will collaborate with lawyers and clients, coordinating initiatives across practice groups. The role blends legal expertise with knowledge management and technology to help teams work smarter. Responsibilities

• steer knowledge strategy and global rollout
• create and update precedents, templates, checklists, and practical tools
• lead legal training, webinars, and podcasts for lawyers and clients
• work with clients on learning and content projects
• coordinate knowledge initiatives across practice groups

Key requirements

• ~8+ years’ PQE in knowledge lawyer/ PSL or knowledge-focused fee earner
• genuine interest in knowledge, innovation and legal tech
• strong drafting, research and communication skills
• ability to explain complex issues simply and clearly
• confidence with senior stakeholders and relationship-building across the firm
• proactive, organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines
• experience supporting legal teams and understanding client needs
• insurance/litigation experience is a bonus
