Senior Quantity Surveyor (High End Residential) | Permanent | Central London

Overview

In this role, you will lead commercial activities for luxury residential projects in Central London. You’ll join a multi-disciplinary contractor, contributing to new builds and refurbishments, including listed buildings, with a strong client and project portfolio. You will work autonomously across multiple high-end projects, ensuring commercial rigour and value delivery. This is an opportunity to shape cost management on prestigious schemes while supporting a growing pipeline and a dedicated commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of multiple high-end residential projects
• oversee cost planning, budgeting, and commercial controls
• coordinate with main contractor or developer stakeholders on site
• develop and maintain procurement and contract strategies for refurbishment and new build works
• monitor project performance and report variances to senior management
• ensure adherence to project timelines and financial targets

Key requirements

• Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor or Residential Developer
• Experience on high end luxury houses and apartments
• Experience on new build and refurbishment projects
• Exceptional commercial skills and awareness
• Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects
• Able to commute to Central London daily
