Responsibilities
- Advise on adjudication, litigation, arbitration and ADR in construction disputes
- Handle construction and engineering disputes across multiple sectors
- Manage project-related risk and dispute avoidance
- Business development, networking and client relationship management
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers
- Contribute to the growth and success of the team
Key requirements
- Significant experience handling contentious construction matters
- Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Experience in adjudication, litigation and/or arbitration
- Understanding of ADR and dispute resolution strategies
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members
