Overview
In this role you will support the technical team on a large on-site residential project in South West London, bridging design and construction. You will work to resolve technical issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and safety. This is an on-site opportunity with a respected housebuilder, offering exposure to RC frame and traditional build projects and a clear impact on project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support technical team on-site for a large residential project
- Interface between design, construction and site teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC, and CDM/Health & Safety requirements
- Manage project documentation using AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, and PowerPoint
- Coordinate with planning legislation and approvals as part of project delivery
- Contribute to design and engineering construction knowledge throughout the project team
Key requirements
- Degree qualification or related qualifications (ideally)
- CIA T qualification (ideally)
- Experience with reputable housebuilders
- Experience on RC frame apartments and traditional build houses
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, PowerPoint
- Strong design/engineering construction knowledge
- Knowledge of Building Regulations
- Understanding of NHBC legislation
- Strong Health & Safety/CDM regulations awareness
- Understanding of Planning legislation
- Ability to commute to South West London
