Overview

In this role you will join a respected national corporate team in Leeds to handle a broad corporate caseload. You will support clients from SMEs to large corporates on transactions across M&A, shareholder agreements, PE/VC, listed company work and IPOs. Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements
• Handle Private Equity/Venture Capital transactions
• Work on listed company transactions and IPOs
• Support a diverse client base from SMEs to large corporates
• Contribute to a high-quality corporate practice with strong caseload

Key requirements

• PQE level: 2-4 for junior or 5-8 for senior
