In this role you will support a growing Corporate Department by handling a varied corporate caseload and contributing to business development. You will work within a collaborative, ambitious firm culture and help drive client service and deal execution. You will manage acquisitions, restructures, MBOs, and governance matters while fostering cross-functional relationships to support growth. This position offers meaningful exposure to significant corporate matters in a flexible Wiltshire-based setting with travel as needed. You will be central to delivering high-quality legal outcomes and professional networking within a forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse corporate caseload including acquisitions and disposals (shares, business, assets)
- Handle restructures and management buy-outs
- Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements and joint venture agreements
- Oversee ad hoc company matters and corporate governance
- Support business development through networking and marketing activities
Key requirements
- 2-4 years PQE in corporate law
- Strong drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Sound judgement and legal research skills
- Motivation, organisation, and proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, case management systems, and openness to AI tools
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
