Overview

As an Account Executive, Employee Benefits, you will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, delivering high-quality service and strategic benefit solutions. You will lead renewals in partnership with the Production team, secure existing business, and upsell services while building trusted relationships with clients and buyers. This role combines client-facing leadership with practical insurance knowledge to drive outcomes for clients and the firm. You’ll work in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture that values ethics and consultative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service for assigned accounts and ensure profitable retention
• Lead renewal discussions with clients to deliver high-quality solutions
• Build and strengthen client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Identify opportunities to secure additional business and lines of coverage
• Collaborate with Production team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Cultivate relationships with buyers and client representatives

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in client service and/or claims management or
• High School degree/GED with 8+ years in client service and/or claims management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
