Overview
In this role, you will lead high‑quality family law work within a Top Legal 500 ranked firm in the City. You will manage client relationships, provide expert advice on matters like divorce, child custody and financial settlements, and help grow the family law team. The position combines challenging, complex cases with a collaborative, modern culture and hybrid working two days per week. You will shape the department’s growth while working with experienced Directors, contributing to the firm’s ambitious goals and reputation.

Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide expert advice
- Draft key documents and support case strategy
- Handle a variety of family law matters including divorce, child custody, adoption, financial settlements
- Support growth of the family law department and collaborate with Directors
Key requirements
- 8+ years PQE in family law
- Experience with complex matters
- Dynamic, personable, strong client relationship skills
