Overview

As Manager, RFP Writer, you will produce high-quality RFPs, DDQs and related materials to support client service and business development across RBC BlueBay products. You will collaborate with subject matter experts globally, manage content in RocketDocs, and drive accuracy, timeliness, and process improvements. This role blends client-focused writing with cross-functional coordination in a dynamic asset-management context. You will help shape responses that support growth and client outcomes while operating within RBC BlueBay guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Write complex RFPs and DDQs, delivering accurate and timely responses across RBC BlueBay products
• Collaborate with SMEs across the firm to develop new content
• Maintain and manage content in the RFP database (RocketDocs)
• Enhance static ESG data sources
• Participate in team initiatives and special projects
• Support business development and client service objectives with internal stakeholders
• Ensure responses are aligned with RBC BlueBay guidelines and procedures
• Contribute to RFP process and materials improvements

Key requirements

• Solid experience in an RFP role or related business function
• Degree-level education or equivalent technical experience
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Good technical knowledge and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage high activity and changing priorities with commercial awareness
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and provide decisions/recommendations
