Site Manager – Residential

Overview

In this role you will manage two RC frame blocks of flats and traditional houses on a large residential project in Mill Hill, overseeing fast-track fit-out and internal works. You will work closely with the Project Manager and a finishing manager, ensuring design issues are communicated and resolved. The position is temp-to-perm with a day rate on contract and potential progression. You will leverage your experience with large developers to maintain schedule, safety, and quality on a high-pressure site.

Responsibilities

• supervise internal works for two RC frame blocks and traditional houses
• read and interpret drawings and coordinate with design teams
• identify and communicate design issues to project stakeholders
• coordinate with the Project Manager and finishing manager to maintain schedule and quality
• manage health and safety and site logistics on a fast-track project
• maintain clear, proactive communication with subcontractors and client representatives

Key requirements

• CSCS certification
• SMSTS certification
• checkable work history
• experience with large residential developers
• ability to read drawings and liaise on design issues
