Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders for projects, mandates and ad hoc changes
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
• Develop and present business cases for proposed solutions
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to agree on optimal solutions
• Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making
• Develop and maintain business tools (e.g., ROI calculators) to support decision-making
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to define project scope and objectives
• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Support Business UAT with demos and guidance
• Assist with training on new systems and processes
• Create documented processes and training materials for self-sufficient analytical skills
• Contribute to team development by sharing analysis techniques and best practices

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in payments, banking, or fintech environments
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in JIRA and QuickSight
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Data-focused approach to productivity and efficiency
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Business Analysis certification is a plus
