Overview
In this role you will help clients transform workforce management, payroll and related technologies as part of EY’s Total Workforce Management practice. You will work with client stakeholders to gather requirements, map current-state processes, and design future-state solutions. You will lead deliverables, support configuration, testing and deployment across the implementation lifecycle. You will build trusted relationships, manage risks, and contribute to EY methodologies and thought leadership. This role offers exposure to diverse clients and cross-functional teams within a global professional services firm.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate understanding of workforce management, payroll and transformation concepts and apply to project workstreams
- Gather requirements from client stakeholders and analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate client workshops and design sessions, translating requirements into practical recommendations
- Lead development of high-quality deliverables: process maps, requirements docs, solution recommendations, testing artefacts, implementation plans
- Support solution design, configuration validation, testing and deployment across the implementation lifecycle
- Analyze operational challenges and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and maintain high-quality client service
- Identify project risks and contribute to their mitigation and governance activities
- Contribute to EY methodologies, thought leadership and proposal materials to grow the practice
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to support development
- Stay updated on workforce management trends and bring innovative ideas to engagements
Key requirements
- A related bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years in consulting, workforce management, payroll or HR technology
- Experience supporting workforce management, payroll or HR technology implementation projects
- Experience with solution assessments, process improvements and transformation recommendations
- Experience in business process design, process documentation and operational improvements
- Experience participating in client workshops, requirements gathering, user story development, testing and deployment
- Understanding of end-to-end implementation lifecycle
- Experience contributing to implementation roadmaps, project reporting, risk mitigation and governance
- Ability to solve complex problems with limited information and develop practical solutions
- Knowledge of operating and service delivery models
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Strong work ethic
