Responsibilities

• Own the large-scale new-build scheme from inception to delivery
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, design teams and site delivery teams
• Contribute to pre-construction activities including programme development, procurement strategy and risk management
• Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across parties
• Manage programmes, budgets, risks and project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale new-build construction projects
• Strong pre-contract / pre-construction experience
• Experience working under NEC contracts
• Demonstrable track record delivering public sector D&B projects
• Background within a main contractor environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets, risk and project teams effectively
