Product Manager – Global Card Issuing Platform (BaaS)

Overview

As Senior Product Manager, you own the enterprise-grade infrastructure enabling clients to launch card programs globally through a single integration. You’ll shape a unified API and white-label SDK experience that works across Europe, North America, and APAC. You’ll drive both API/SDK design and global expansion strategy, coordinating with local banks, processors, and card schemes. This role puts you at the core of a developer-friendly platform that simplifies cross-border issuing and compliance at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a single polymorphic API architecture for multi-jurisdiction card issuance
• Lead development of global white-label iOS/Android/Web SDKs with high-performance UI components for card management and security
• Drive market expansion by identifying and integrating with local sponsor banks, processors, and card schemes
• Manage multi-tenant BaaS/orchestration ensuring data residency and regional compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
• Create deep technical documentation covering cross-border routing, multi-currency ledgering, and localized authorization hooks
• Collaborate with global tier-1 enterprises to translate cross-border needs into scalable roadmap features

Key requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management in Fintech/Payments/BaaS
• Global infrastructure mindset with multi-region product experience
• Expert-level REST API design and developer experience (DX)
• Experience shipping SDKs for complex frontend flows (card provisioning to Apple/Google Pay)
• Knowledge of four-party model, ISO 8583/20022 messaging, regional authorization and settlement
• Strategic execution navigating local regulations while maintaining a fast roadmap
• Excellent English communication with global stakeholders and engineering teams
