Overview

In this regional marketing leadership role, you will drive end-to-end programs that align with regional priorities and measurable business outcomes. You will own planning, execution, and performance analysis, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic thinking. A core focus is applying AI to improve productivity, scale repeatable processes, and inform decision-making. You will collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and partners to accelerate growth while shaping Grafana Labs’ regional go-to-market approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional marketing programs from planning to execution and retrospective, including strategy, budget, goals, delivery, and reporting
  • Execute ABM and regional marketing initiatives, partnering with Sales and SDRs while contributing to prioritization
  • Independently manage day-to-day decisions, address risks, and escalate issues when needed
  • Use core marketing platforms (Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, Monday.com) and identify process/tooling improvements
  • Develop AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across marketing operations, events, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across regional programs and contribute to shared team processes and best practices
  • Analyze program performance and translate data into insights and recommendations
  • Plan and manage projects independently, coordinating stakeholders and delivering on commitments
  • Provide guidance to Associates, contractors, and other team members on shared initiatives
  • Build expertise in Grafana’s go-to-market strategy and ecosystem of channels, vendors, and partners

Key requirements

  • 3–5 years in field or regional marketing, or events, with end-to-end program ownership
  • Strong project, time, and stakeholder management with attention to detail
  • Independent proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com or similar
  • Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing (reusable prompts, documented processes, or lightweight automations)
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%
  • Nice to have: French for localisation (not required)
