Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and agree facility agreements and other finance documentation
• Lead and manage key transactions with partner support
• Supervise, develop, and coach junior team members
• Build and strengthen client relationships while developing your own practice
• Contribute to shaping the strategy and vision of the Banking & Finance practice and sector focus groups

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in banking law
• Ideally exposure to real estate or corporate finance
• Confident in advising on full range of banking matters
• Strong transactional experience and ability to run matters independently
• Proactive, forward-thinking approach with a focus on quality and client relationships
