TikTok Shop E-Commerce Account Manager/Business Developer – Spanish Speaking

Overview

As a Merchant Growth Lead for TikTok Shop, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of merchants across EU and new markets, aligning supplier capacity with our creator ecosystem to boost sales velocity. You will own GMV targets in multiple markets and shape tailored growth paths for different merchant tiers. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize activation, conversion, and retention through data-driven insights. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to scale a high-growth, creator-driven shopping platform.

Responsibilities

• Dual-Engine Merchant Acquisition: recruit and onboard high-quality merchants across EU and new markets
• Drive GMV targets across five newly launched countries and align merchant supply with campaigns and creator ecosystem
• Develop tailored growth tracks for different merchant tiers; provide data-driven guidance to improve activation, conversion, and retention

Key requirements

• Experience driving initiatives independently with cross-functional teams
• Experience with acquisition and incubation of merchants in e-commerce
• Data-driven and structured thinker with a track record of achieving measurable goals
• Experience in e-commerce operations or related fields
• Spanish speaking to work with Spanish-speaking clients
