Operating Model Consultant – Defence & Security / Public Sector / Health

Overview

In this role you will help shape strategies, operating structures, and solutions for public sector and defence clients. You’ll work with cross-disciplinary teams to address complex societal challenges and deliver coherent programmes from strategy to design. You will present insights to stakeholders up to C-suite level, applying both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving. You’ll gain exposure to experts in public and private sector transformation and contribute to meaningful societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Design strategies and operating structures for clients
• Lead business analysis and organisational design efforts
• Define programmes and ensure design coherence across initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams in blended delivery
• Communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including senior leaders

Key requirements

• 2+ years of experience shaping business strategy and organisational design
• Experience analyzing customer/value propositions and how technology can improve effectiveness
• Experience in or with digital operating models; data-driven problem solving
• Experience delivering for defence, health, or public sector organisations
