Senior HR Business Partner

Overview

In this permanent role in Bristol, you will embed and lead the HR Business Partner model, partnering senior leadership to align people initiatives with the business strategy. You will work within an established HRBP team, collaborating with a COE and Shared Services to support two front office groups. You will drive manager capability, talent development, organisational design, performance, and change initiatives, including broader transformation efforts. You will also lead a team of HR Advisors and help shape end-to-end people strategies in a commercial, partnership-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Embed the HRBP model and partner senior leadership to link people strategy with business goals
• Collaborate with COE and Shared Services to support two front office client groups
• Balance business and HR needs, understanding drivers and challenges
• Lead manager capability, talent management & development, organisational design, and performance
• Drive change and transformation initiatives and contribute to firm-wide projects
• Manage and develop a team of HR Advisors

Key requirements

• Senior HRBP experience in financial or professional services (accountancy, legal or similar partnership-led environment)
• Strategic and commercial mindset with proven experience partnering senior leadership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading a team of HR Advisors
• Ability to work in a hybrid policy environment in central Bristol
