Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle sales: prospecting, pipeline management, and closing
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and account expansion
- Meet or exceed quota through client retention, upselling, and new business
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives across enterprise accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales and account teams to drive revenue
- Identify new stakeholders and expand buying groups within named accounts
- Advise clients on the best conference solutions to support business objectives
Key requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- 3+ years of professional working experience
- Experience in a quota-driven, fast-paced sales environment
- Demonstrated success with prospecting, pipeline generation, or closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior executives
