Overview
As Field Marketing Manager for the North, you drive Rexel’s own-brand growth across regional branches by blending field marketing, training and commercial engagement. You’ll partner with Commercial, Category, Sales, Ecommerce, CRM and Marketing to boost awareness, adoption and revenue. This role is field‑based, travel-heavy, and pivotal for shaping the own-brand strategy and branch performance. You’ll empower sales teams with training, stage customer-facing activities, and refine campaigns using feedback to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities
- Act as regional ambassador for Rexel’s own-brand across Northern branches to drive awareness and sales
- Collaborate with Commercial, Category, Sales, Ecommerce, CRM and Marketing to optimize revenue opportunities
- Ensure consistent own-brand messaging and customer experience across channels
- Plan and run branch events, product showcases, and promotions in the region
- Provide engaging product training to colleagues and support sales visits as an own-brand SME
- Identify opportunities to improve sales through targeted marketing and digital initiatives
- Develop and roll out omnichannel campaigns that generate revenue and profit growth
- Tailor activity by customer segment and regional opportunities
- Gather insights from customers and teams to shape future own-brand development
Key requirements
- Proven experience in a product-led environment delivering growth (own-brand, product, or category)
- Strong commercial awareness linking marketing activity to revenue and margins
- Cross-functional collaboration with Commercial/Category, Sales, Digital/Ecommerce, CRM, and Branch Operations
- Experience supporting new product adoption through marketing, training, merchandising, and campaigns
- Excellent project and stakeholder management with ability to deliver across multiple locations
- Hands-on in-branch experience to build product knowledge and drive adoption
- Willingness and ability to travel weekly across the North of the UK and work independently
