Senior Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead on-site delivery for a high-volume residential project in Central London, reporting to the Project Manager. You will drive the programme, supervise the site team, and ensure safe, compliant delivery aligned with technical and planning docs. You will maintain site records, oversee remedial work before key inspections, and manage all aspects of production to meet building regulations. This is an opportunity to shape delivery on a £16M residential scheme with a reputable main contractor, contributing to a fast-paced, safety‑conscious site culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations
• Implement health & safety procedures on site
• Motivate and manage directly employed staff
• Deliver production in line with technical and planning documents
• Ensure compliance with building regulations
• Maintain comprehensive site records
• Inspect and close out remedial work ahead of key stage inspections

Key requirements

• Experience with a high-volume residential house builder in a management role
• Trade background or industry-related qualification (preferred)
• CSCS card
• SMSTS
• First Aid certificate
