Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to execution
• Define and deliver the observability layer underpinning client infrastructure
• Collaborate with R&D, engineers, designers and customer stakeholders
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements
• Shape and manage a roadmap balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision
• Engage with customers and partners to collect insights and communicate direction
• Build cross-functional alignment and clear prioritisation

Key requirements

• 3+ years in product management or a closely related technical product role
• strong technical background with relevance to observability
• deep understanding of cloud provider services, Kubernetes, infrastructure monitoring
• ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in writing and speaking
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with disciplined prioritisation
