Responsibilities
- Plan, direct and coordinate day-to-day program activities and portfolios
- Develop and sign off on program plans, charters, and benefits management
- Manage stakeholder identification, scope definition, and schedule milestones
- Ensure business case alignment and cost-benefit analysis with the Program Sponsor
- Staff programs appropriately and monitor resource commitments
- Escalate risks to Program Director or Sponsor and maintain risk plans
- Collaborate with procurement on contract creation, administration, and closure
- Recommend training and development for personnel and evaluate performance
- Oversee budget and resource management and ensure adherence to standards and controls
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and Citi policies, escalating control issues when needed
Key requirements

- Negotiation skills with external parties
- Required Licensing/Registration: Series 6
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
