Overview

As Senior Legal Operations & Compliance Analyst you will enhance the Legal team’s efficiency and tech-enabled capabilities. You’ll oversee the roll-out and optimization of legal technology, including CLM and privacy tools, enabling data-driven insights and scalable processes. You’ll serve as a primary system contact, drive workflow improvements, and support compliance programs across the group. This role supports cross‑functional collaboration and change initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on delivering trusted legal support at scale and advancing technology-led operations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, administer and optimize legal tech platforms (CLM, intake/workflow, privacy tools)
  • Act as the main contact for Legal systems (user support, training, process docs)
  • Drive operational efficiency through AI tools, automation, templates, reporting, knowledge management
  • Develop dashboards and analytics on contract workflows, matter tracking, and compliance metrics
  • Support vendor risk management and privacy data activities (ROPAs, privacy training)
  • Assist with legal and compliance training programs and awareness campaigns
  • Coordinate with Procurement, IT, Security and other teams on initiatives
  • Stay current with legal ops, tech, and compliance best practices and pursue improvements

Key requirements

  • Experience in legal/compliance operations, contract management or similar roles
  • Experience with legal tech platforms (CLM, workflow, document management, privacy software)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data/reporting focus
  • Ability to collaborate across Legal, Tech, Procurement, Privacy, Security and business units
  • Strong written and verbal communication to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear dashboards and visuals
  • Attention to detail and proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfort with fast-paced environments and change management initiatives
  • Experience with privacy/compliance processes (GDPR) is beneficial
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards or data analysis tools is advantageous
