Maintenance Engineer

Overview

As an Engineer in ADM’s Engineering Team, you contribute to continuous improvement, preventive and corrective maintenance, and smooth production flow. You will collaborate across departments to minimize downtime and ensure accurate maintenance documentation. The role offers exposure to advanced technologies in a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing environment and supports ADM’s sustainability and growth goals. Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering Manager with continuous improvement initiatives to prolong machinery life and efficiency
• Perform Preventative Maintenance as required
• Execute Corrective Action as required
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and prioritize engineering issues
• Ensure proper documentation of Corrective Action and Preventative Maintenance
• Assist with facilities maintenance and development

Key requirements

• Experience as an engineer in a production/manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
• GMP-related experience or certification desirable but not essential
• Good IT knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) to operate ERP systems
• Interest in future technology and equipment to maintain state-of-the-art manufacturing
• Multiskilled engineer with an electrical bias
• Strong problem-solving and adaptable mindset
